I like the app but it could be much better. It is very simple to use and gets the job done, but there are many things it lacks. Mostly the ability to sync. But I think it also makes you tap on a task too many times to see, for instance, the notes for a particular task. Instead of tapping the task to see all of the information, you actually have to tap on each piece of information individually to see it. Not very productive.
I need it to sync on all my devices!! I was using Astrid for a bit, but this is better...!
Pretty good but cant get tasks entered on iPhone to sync with iPad and vice versa through iCloud. Also would be nice if it could sync with apple calendar, tasks to eliminate double work.
Ive been using Primo Do for about a year. Its been perfect for everything from to-buy lists to long term goals. Its easy to jot a quick note, save it, then go back later --file it, add dates, & set reminders. Ive added reminders for things like when the dogs rabies shots are due, and added a reminder so Im not caught by surprise. My eye doc just told me to make my next appt in 2-years, Ill get a reminder the month before that too. I have a recurring, weekly grocery reminder where I have my staples listed in the notes & add items, as needed. Love that all to-dos have a handy count down, "64 days left". Basically, its a very useful app, Ive tried/paid for others & this is my fave :)
Where is the privacy policy? I checked the website, but there is nothing there! Where is the privacy policy?
Exactly what a task app should be like however a few things ruin such a good app. I like being able to set time reminders and the UI is great. What could be different is first the icon. Its so neon to the point it hurt my eyes. Next, in the inbox list ;whatever that icon is next to each task with the red ball on top I find that annoying. Also when you enter a new task it would be nice to just start typing (New task) instead of having to choose stuff first. Too many extra steps to get there. And last, be nice to have a option to backup lists. Overall it works.
Its easy to navigate and easy to create lists and tasks and wonderfully complicated if need be. It has what it says in the description with details, rather than being vague, I appreciate that. Ridiculously pricey, though, being $3.99.
I like this app. It does help to keep track of things to do, appointments, anything you need to remember. The only thing I would change are the number of categories to put them under. There is only Home, School and Work.
I liked the free version but reached the max number of tasks very quickly (10?!). Purchased a full version but the data didnt get transferred automatically. Waiting for the tech support reply. This should be automatic.
Struggled in the past using some others, but this one meets all my needs to quickly see what needs done or create new items. Very flexible for how YOU may want to organize things. Give it a try!
Really very nice and helpful app. I hope it has hours in a recurrence choices.
Im a ToDo list junkie, currently using Chaos Control, GoTasks, gTasks Pro, Things, and Clear (thats my order of rating them). I like the look and feel of this one, but there are two critical weaknesses: 1) I cant manually reorder tasks to suit my needs, a function that is available in all of the other apps mentioned. 2) There is no sync function (again, all the other apps sync using iCloud and/or Dropbox). I thought I could get around that by backing up and restoring on my other device - not so fast. There is a backup function (by email only) but no restore function. What exactly is the purpose of a backup if there is no option to restore?
I dont even want to explore the functionality because the user interface and experience are so bad. Distracting theme colors choices, low contrast font colors (white text on yellow button, dark gray on black... Really?). Check mark icon instead of iOS UI standard plus sign for adding. Mixing iOS 6 emoji icons and views with flat iOS 7+ style buttons and views. Developer might be clever programmer but either lazy or clueless about design.
